…and chocolate chip cookies, cheese, potatoes, bread, did I mention butter? Paula Deen and I definitely have that in common! Oh, the list just goes straight to hell from there! I’ve been really remiss in writing on this blog, not for a lack of “want to” but sometimes life just gets in the way. The last two months have been OK- you notice I did not say great. I’ve lost 26 as long as I weight 1st thing in the morning, completely naked and shift my weight to my heels otherwise it’s probably about 23.5 lbs. since I started this journey.
The holidays were hell and personally i’m glad they’re over. I’ll be honest and admit that I’ve given in to every dessert, casserole, and bottle glass of champagne that has been offered. At Christmas my Granny decided that I needed to learn to make her Chocolate pie and Lord help me because I dream about it night.
My saving grace (and the only reason I have not gained 10 lbs.) is because I have kept up with my workouts at least 80% of the time we won’t mention those several mornings that I could not drag my tired, lazy ass out of bed. Seriously, working out has saved me!
Despite my total fall from grace, i’m getting back on the wagon. Tonight I had salad, Lean Cuisine and Skinny Cow for dinner. That may sound like a lot but believe me it’s a 2000% improvement from where I was one week ago.
Jan 1st starts the countdown and I have 79 days till the wedding . I’m determined plus I ordered the dress 3 sizes too small that i’m going to get back on the “healthy path” and when I walk down that isle (as a bridesmaid, of course) i’m going to feel good about my accomplishments!

Yesterday I made the mistake of weighing myself and I have only lost 1 lb. since Monday

I take back every bad word I ever said about
Regarding the pickels, I know they have lots of sodium but they are tasty and at only 5 calories per pickle, I can have two as an afternoon snack. Plus they are crunchy and for some weird reason I like food that crunches
